Delivery Terms: Specify the number of days required to ship 30-45 days after receipt and acceptance of Financial Procedures for the bank of the seller;

Inspection: By SGS or equivalent at loading port at the expense of the seller; all costs in the loading port are the Seller’s expense

PURCHASE PROCEDURE (NON NEGOTIABLE)
1. Seller issues full corporate offer in name of the Buyer;

2. Buyer approves FCO and sends proof of ready willing and able (RWA) funds;

3. Seller issues Draft Contract, with permission to visit the shed with the product after contract is signed; Note: After FCO is signed by the buyer, the buyer must send a copy of the passport and seller will issue the draft contract.

The draft contract will go to the buyer to sign in 8 (eight) original versions by FedEx or similar and send back to the seller. Soon after the pages of the contracts are initialed, stamped, notarized, the contract goes to the approval and signature at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Brazil, and also to approval from the Embassy of the country of the purchase. Only after the approvals, that the contract returns for the buyer to open a bank guarantee, as procedure described in contract terms.

Only the Original copy with original signatures and seal shall be considered as document.
